Trace seamlessly captures and stores diverse healthcare data from various sources, including voice, fax, documents, and images. By consolidating, centralizing, and indexing interactions and data into patient records, Trace empowers healthcare providers to better serve their patients and staff. The platform helps health systems achieve interoperability, increase revenue, and reduce denied claims.

Our redesign focused on two major improvements: creating a custom form field to attract new clients and integrating a concise, engaging video that explains the platform’s complexities in just a few minutes.
