Set for Life Insurance is a woman-owned company that offers customized disability insurance policies to a variety of medical professionals. At Set for Life, they focus on helping high-income earners protect their financial future. I completely overhauled their branding with new logos, colors, typography, imagery, and a complete UI redesign. Additionally, I’m responsible for creating display banners and print materials.
Website
Redesign
Bringing it all to life, the homepage opens with a custom-illustrated GIF, guiding viewers on a journey through life to reinforce that Set for Life supports them at every step. The final website includes over 40 pages, plus an extensive ‘Request a Quote’ form that enhances user experience.
Recent data shows that a much larger share of people browse websites on their phones rather than desktops, with mobile devices accounting for around 58-60% of global website traffic, while desktops contribute roughly 40%. It’s always important to consider mobile first.
Brand Refresh
This client initially came to us for some simple display banner ads. After the success of that project, they returned with an exciting opportunity: a complete brand refresh and a redesign of their website, which was still rooted in a ‘90s aesthetic. Inspired by The New Yorker style, I chose a style combining custom illustrations with lifestyle photography. Take a closer look at the style guide in PDF format here.
